Pupils and staff in Ballyheada N.S. had great fun celebrating World Book Day. Children brought in their favourite books and dressed up as characters from well-known stories. Throughout the day, classes enjoyed a variety of activities including book quizzes, book reviews and DEAR (Drop Everything and Read) time. World Book Day reminds us that books can take us anywhere — all we have to do is open one! đ
