Wellbeing Week 2026

During Wellbeing Week, we explored the importance of taking care of our mental and emotional health. We talked about how practicing gratitude can help us focus on the positive things in our lives, even on difficult days. We also discussed self-esteem and how believing in ourselves and recognizing our own strengths can make a big difference in how we feel. Through our artwork, we expressed these ideas creatively and reflected on ways to support our wellbeing every day.
