Our Junior Tour took place on the 11th of June where pupils from Juniors Infants to 2nd Class went to
visit Leahy’s Farm!
A wonderful day was had from start to finish where the children got to meet some amazing animals
like ‘Medusa’ the snake, ‘Gandolf’ the goose and ‘Dasher’ the dear! They got to pet rabbits, mice,
foul and meet many other animals.
They entered the maze and found their way through it, reaching the tower in no time to ring the bell!
They saw vintage farm machinery, went on a barrel train ride and enjoyed lots of play time!
The day was rounded off with some delicious homemade ice-cream made on site at Leahy’s.
A fantastic day was had by all and a huge thanks to the staff at Leahy’s for a wonderful day out!
