RNLI Water Safety Talk

Lenny Fourie and Gerard Quinn from the RNLI visited the school and delivered informative water safety talks to each class group. The children learned about the important service provided by the RNLI and ways in which to keep themselves safe in our waters over the summer months ahead and indeed all year around.

Many thanks to the RNLI for giving their time to our pupils to speak on such an important topic.

Water Safety Education Webinars

On the 10th of June 2nd-6th class participated in an online Water Safety and Awareness Webinar in conjunction with Cork Sports Partnership and Cork County Council. It was a highly informative session which was enjoyed by all. Our pupils will take part in a second webinar on the 18th of June, just prior to our summer holidays.
